- 1.1Wallet information: we may collect the blockchain wallet address you use to connect to the platform. Wallet addresses are essential for processing transactions and verifying ownership of digital assets.

We may collect and use your personally identifiable information to provide customer service or information you request.
- 1.3Identity verification information: if required by law or compliance protocols, we may collect KYC related data such as your name, data of birth, government issued ID document, and proof of address, this information is processed securely through trusted verification partners.
- 1.4Technical and Usage data: we may automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and interaction logs when you use the platform. In addition to log data, we may also collect information about devices you use for the site.
- 1.5Blockchain transaction data: your interactions with smart contracts deployed on the Cardano blockchain, including transaction hashes, timestamps, and amounts, may be publicly visible and recorded permanently on the blockchain, Reafino the “site” does not control or modify blockchain records.

- 2.6Comply with legal obligations: Satisfy applicable legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, and compliance requirements, including responding to lawful government requests.
We analyse how users access and use the Site, both on an aggregated and individual basis, to improve functionality, respond to user preferences, and conduct research.

4.3Blockchain transactions, such as wallet addresses and transaction histories, are recorded on the Cardano blockchain, which is decentralized, public, and immutable. Reafino does not control, delete, or modify any data permanently recorded on the blockchain.
4.4Despite our efforts, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
4.5You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wallet credentials and ensuring the security of your own devices and access points when using the Platform.
